Welcome to the story of the Statue of Ahimsa, a breathtaking tribute to Lord Rishabhanatha and a marvel of devotion and craftsmanship. Rising gracefully from the Mangi-Tungi hills near Nashik, Maharashtra, this 108-foot-tall masterpiece (113 feet including pedestal) is officially recognized as the world’s tallest Jain statue carved from a single stone.
This isn’t just a statue—it’s a legacy, an enduring symbol of faith sculpted by the skilled hands of Moolchand Ramchand Natha and Sons, celebrated artisans from Makrana, Rajasthan.

The journey began in 1996, with a vision from Gyanmati Mataji to create a tribute that reflected the ideals of Jainism. Turning this vision into reality was a monumental challenge, and we were honored to take on this historic task.
Over ten years, from 2002 to 2016, our artisans worked tirelessly to sculpt the 108-foot-tall (113 feet including pedestal) statue directly from the rock of the Mangi-Tungi hills. On January 24, 2016, this masterpiece was unveiled to the world, earning the Guinness World Record as the tallest Jain statue carved from a single stone.
